Chapter 1 Basic Principles
General Provisions
Article 1: This Code sets forth the standards of conduct for the Company.
Purpose
Article 2: This Code is established for the purpose of promoting corporate ethics and earning the trust of society.
Responsibilities of Directors and Managers
Article 3: Directors and managers shall recognize that it is their responsibility to embody the spirit of this Code. They shall take the lead by setting an example and ensure that all relevant parties are fully informed of its principles.
Principles of Conduct
Article 4: In all aspects of its business activities, the Company shall comply sincerely with all applicable laws and regulations and act with sound social judgment.
Response to Violations of the Code
Article 5
- If a serious violation of this Code of Ethics occurs, the Company shall address the issue as an organization, under the leadership of the President, and work to identify the cause and prevent recurrence.
- The Company shall promptly and appropriately disclose necessary information regarding the incident both internally and externally. The Company shall also ensure accountability.
- The Company shall take strict disciplinary action against the employees involved, including the President where applicable.
Chapter 2: Relationships with Customers
Customer Service
Article 6: The Company shall treat all customers with sincerity, courtesy, kindness, and respect.
Provision of Services
Article 7: The Company shall act from the customer's perspective and provide services that bring satisfaction to customers.
Response to Problems
Article 8: If any problem arises with a customer in relation to the Company's services, the Company shall respond promptly and sincerely.
Management of Customer Information
Article 9: The Company shall strictly manage customer information obtained in the course of business to prevent any leakage to external parties.
Safety and Hygiene Measures
Article 10: The Company shall take necessary safety and hygiene measures, to the extent possible, for buildings, facilities, and other relevant equipment in order to ensure the safety and health of customers.
Chapter 3: Relationship with Society and the Environment
Fair Competition
Article 11
- The Company shall engage in fair and free competition with competitors in its sales activities.
- The Company shall not use improper means in its sales activities.
Relationships with Politics and Public Administration
Article 12
- The Company shall maintain sound and proper relationships with political and administrative bodies.
- The Company shall not make illegal political contributions, provide illegal benefits, or engage in bribery.
Relationships with Anti-social Forces
Article 13: The Company shall not provide economic benefits to anti-social forces that threaten social order or sound corporate activities.
Provision of Company Information
Article 14: The Company shall provide corporate information to stakeholders, including customers, business partners, shareholders, and investors, in a timely and appropriate manner.
Environmental Initiatives
Article 15: The Company shall recognize the importance of environmental issues and actively work to make effective use of resources, promote recycling, conserve energy, and pursue other environmental initiatives.
Chapter 4: Relationships with Employees
Respect for Fundamental Human Rights
Article 16: The Company shall respect the fundamental human rights of employees and shall not discriminate in the treatment of employees on the basis of race, nationality, beliefs, religion, physical or mental disability, age, gender, marital status, or any other reason unrelated to the performance of their duties.
Realizing Well-being and Fulfillment for Employees
Article 17: The Company shall strive to improve working conditions and help employees achieve economic, emotional, and personal well-being.
Creating a Workplace Where Individuality and Abilities Can Be Utilized
Article 18: The Company shall strive to create a workplace where each employee can fully demonstrate their individuality, motivation, and abilities.

Supplementary Provision
Effective Date: This Code shall come into effect on August 1, 2024.
