Toward a Sustainable Future, Guided by Scent

At Shiono Koryo, we have long sought to bring subtle richness and color to everyday life through scent. However, we believe that this value can only be sustained when it exists in harmony with the global environment and society.

We place sustainability at the core of all our business activities. By reducing environmental impact, contributing to society, and ensuring transparent governance, we are committed to fulfilling our responsibilities as a corporate citizen.

Today, all of us at Shiono Koryo share a simple yet powerful aspiration: to be a company we can speak of with pride to our families and partners—and one that future generations can also be proud of. We will continue to build this trust through consistent, responsible actions.

Through our creation of scent, we will continue to contribute to building a sustainable society. Together with all our stakeholders, we remain committed to shaping a richer and more sustainable future.

Sustainability Management Structure

At Shiono Koryo, we have long promoted our sustainability initiatives through our CSR Committee. To further strengthen these efforts, we established the Sustainability Committee in fiscal year 2026.
The committee takes a cross-functional approach to key themes, including environmental impact, quality and safety, supply chain management, human capital, governance, and information disclosure. It sets policies, drives initiatives, and monitors progress to enhance sustainable corporate value.
Each priority area is translated into concrete actions led by dedicated working groups (WGs). Through this structure, we promote sustainability across all aspects of our operations as an integrated, company-wide effort.
