Quality Policy
We maintain and continually improve an effective quality management system in order to provide products that comply with laws and regulations, meet customer expectations, and ensure safety, reliability, and appropriate quality.
Food Safety Policy
- We contribute to society by providing products that satisfy our customers, with safety and reliability as our foundation.

- We comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customer requirements. We also ask our business partners to comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- We ensure that this Food Safety Policy is fully communicated to all employees.

- To achieve this Food Safety Policy, we set food safety objectives and review them regularly.
HALAL Policy
We respect Islamic culture and faith, and produce and sell HALAL-certified products for Muslim consumers. Through the continuous supply of HALAL products, we support the healthy and culturally appropriate dietary lives sought by Muslim consumers.
Human Rights Policy
We support the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and have established this Human Rights Policy.
In line with our corporate philosophy, this policy sets out our commitment to respecting human rights as a company that brings richness and well-being to people's lives.
1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all officers and employees of Shiono Koryo. We also expect our business partners, including our suppliers, to understand and comply with this policy.
2. Remediation
If it becomes clear that our business activities have caused or contributed to negative impacts on human rights, we will work to provide remediation through appropriate procedures or dialogue.
3. Compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations
We comply with the laws and regulations of Japan, as well as those of each country and region where we conduct business. We also respect international human rights standards to the greatest extent possible and actively promote them.
4. Education and Awareness
We provide regular education to ensure that all officers and employees properly understand this policy and are able to respond appropriately.
5. Information Disclosure
We disclose information on our human rights initiatives based on this policy, as well as the progress of those initiatives.
6. Dialogue and Consultation
In implementing initiatives based on this policy, we make use of the expertise of external specialists and engage in sincere consultation with our stakeholders.
7. Priority Areas
We recognize that addressing the following human rights issues related to our business activities is an important part of our responsibility.
1. Discrimination and Harassment
We respect the human rights of each individual and do not engage in unjust discrimination or human rights violations, including sexual harassment, on the basis of race, skin color, religion, creed, gender, social status, disability, sexual orientation, or other factors.
2. Prohibition of Forced Labor and Child Labor
With regard to child labor, in Japan we do not employ children until the first March 31 after they reach the age of 15. In other countries, we do not employ children below the minimum working age stipulated by local laws and regulations. With regard to forced labor, we do not use, contribute to, or benefit from forced labor.
3. Freedom of Association
We respect employees' freedom of association and their right to collective bargaining, and we do not discriminate against employees for exercising these rights.
4. Safe, Hygienic, and Healthy Working Environment
We provide a working environment where employees can continue to work safely, hygienically, and in good health.
5. Employee Training
We provide employees with educational opportunities and opportunities to develop their motivation and abilities.
6. Compliance with Labor Laws and Regulations
In accordance with the wage laws and regulations applicable in each country and region, we pay employees minimum wages, overtime wages, and premium wages.
